1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (ESV), he asks, “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”

The first step is to love what God has given you, including what your body looks like. You must remember you were created in God’s image and are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Do not let insecurities about weight, beauty, or age divert you from your mission. However, You can resist these distractions from your calling and purpose on earth if you regard your body as the creation of the highest God.

You are God's masterpiece.

Tips to Achieve your Highest Goals:

1. Refrain from succumbing to temptations

2. Live a healthy life both physically and spiritually

a. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water

b. Move 3-5x per week and incorporate strength & cardio

c. Sleep 7-8 hours per night

d. Start and End your day with God

3. Love your body for it is God-given
